Christine is a widely experienced and well respected transformational trainer, human communications teacher, executive leadership coach, speaker and author. She specialises in change/transition management, and development of effective human communication in uncertain or difficult times. She offers a wealth of hands-on leadership and organisational development experience, is an author for well known NHS journals and is a national speaker on using neuro linguistic programming to improve communication within teams, how to effectively manage organisational change and transition, and the secrets of motivational interviewing.
George has worked on aspects of individual and organisational development for over 25 years, with managers and professionals from a range of organisations in the public and private sector. He designs and delivers workshops for leadership development and personal growth, and provides one-to-one coaching. He has a long association of over 16 years with York St John University, where he contributes to executive postgraduate programmes.
Ann Gray is a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy™, and is a qualified personal performance coach. For many years Ann worked in the Education sector as a teacher. As such she fulfilled roles in leadership and management coaching, training and mentoring; helping staff to manage ever increasing workloads, changes in roles and the impact of this on work/life balance. She brings this wealth of experience to her consultancy work.
She has also worked with children and young people in a coaching and mentorship capacity, helping them to develop their inner resourcefulness to enable them to lead happy, rewarding and successful lives.
