All Christine's training and coaching associates are handpicked for their high levels of knowledge and skills, personal values with respect to developing people and organisations, and their innovative flair in designing effective, practical training.

Christine is an independent coach, trainer, author and national speaker. She has worked extensively with numerous large and medium sized organisations undergoing organisational change and re-structure; supporting staff to recognise and utilise their talents fully in the changing work environment, and support leaders and managers to effectively steer their teams through change and transition.

Christine's professional background is as a registered nurse and midwife; latterly her role was as a change manager, seconded to work in local government developing and generating sustainable, integrated working arrangements across organisational boundaries to improve children's services. Previous to this she was Head of Organisational Development for a large PCT.

Christine regularly writes for the British Journal of Primary Care, British Journal of School Nursing, as well as the British Journal of Nutrition. She has an M.A in Leading Innovation and Change, and a BSc in community nursing, a personal performance coaching diploma and is a master practitioner in NLP.
