Thanks very much for all the work you have carried out with the team. They have all said they enjoyed it and found the input beneficial. I have really noticed a difference in the team and how they perform together and individually. I can see they appreciate each other’s differences and they collectively think about who is the right person with the right skills to carry out pieces of work.
